" Therapy is an intrapersonal experience. I facilitate the healing process by creating a safe, non-judgemental space while offering guidance, as the client looks into the mirror and begins the journey within. That journey, as I see it, includes two paths. The first is one of a physical journey; life as a human being with a personality/Ego and a physical body. The second path is that of a spiritual journey; spiritual lessons to be learned for the Soul. My job is to help the client bring meaning and purpose into his/her present day life through understanding and acceptance of his/her journey. "

"I believe in the innate power of the self and am dedicated to facilitating the healing process in a supportive and nurturing environment. I want to help you explore within, uncover your path and find the balance of Body, Mind, and Spirit."
